In order to get the perfect diamond for your engagement rings there are several factors to consider.

Cut

The cut of a diamond is one of the most important factors that determine its beauty and value. A well-cut diamond will have maximum brilliance, fire, and sparkle, while a poorly cut diamond can appear dull or lifeless.

Colour

Diamond color refers to the presence or absence of color in a diamond. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grades diamond color on a scale from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow or brown). The less color a diamond has, the more valuable it is considered. However, some fancy colored diamonds, such as pink or blue diamonds, are highly valued for their unique hues.

Certification

Diamond certification is the process of evaluating a diamond's characteristics and issuing a certificate that confirms its authenticity and quality. A reputable diamond certification entity, such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), evaluates the diamond's 4Cs - carat weight, cut, color, and clarity - using sophisticated grading tools and techniques.

Contour (shape)

Diamond contour or shape refers to the physical outline of the diamond, such as round, princess, cushion, or pear. Each diamond shape has unique characteristics and can create different visual effects, such as elongating the finger or providing more sparkle. Round diamonds are the most popular and classic shape, while fancy shapes like marquise and heart are more unique and eye-catching.

Clarity

Diamond clarity refers to the presence or absence of internal and external imperfectionswithin a diamond. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) grades diamond clarity on a scale from Flawless (no inclusions or blemishes visible under 10x magnification) to Included (inclusions visible to the naked eye).
